Sweet Tides Baking Co. operates through scheduled preorder drops! When ordering is open, available cookies and ordering details can be found on our Order Cookies page.

When are orders available?
Sweet Tides preorder drops generally open Saturday mornings and close Tuesday mornings, or earlier if sold out.
Pickup is typically held on Fridays. Exact ordering dates, pickup dates, and available flavors will be announced with each cookie drop.
Where are you located?
Sweet Tides Baking Co. is a licensed NJ Cottage Food bakery based in Little Egg Harbor, NJ. Weekly order pickups are held at Salthaus Pilates in Tuckerton, NJ. Full pickup details and instructions will be provided with your order confirmation.
What kind of cookies do you offer?
Current flavors and available cookies will be listed with each preorder drop.
Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan cookies?
At this time, Sweet Tides Baking Co. does not offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan cookies.
Do your cookies contain allergens?
Yes. Sweet Tides products may contain common allergens including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts, depending on the flavor.
All products are prepared in a home kitchen where these allergens are handled, so we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergen cross-contact. Please review the allergen information provided for each item before ordering.
Do you offer cakes, cupcakes, or other desserts?
Sweet Tides Baking Co. currently specializes in cookies only! Our menu features a rotating selection of classic, specialty, and seasonal cookie flavors.
Do you accept custom or special orders?
Not at this time. As Sweet Tides gets established, we’re currently focusing on our scheduled preorder drops to ensure consistency and quality.
In the future, we may offer special orders for larger quantities, events, or specific pickup dates. Be sure to follow along for updates!

Do you sell at markets or events?
Sweet Tides Baking Co. currently operates through scheduled local preorder pickups. Future events, pop-ups, or markets may be announced as opportunities arise.
Ordering & Preorders
How do Sweet Tides preorders work?
Sweet Tides operates through scheduled preorder drops! All orders will be placed online through our Hotplate ordering page and will be available for local pickup only.
Each drop will feature our signature Brown Butter Chocolate Chip cookie, along with a rotating selection of flavors. Orders must be placed before the preorder window closes or the drop sells out, whichever comes first.
Cookies are then baked fresh to order and prepared for the scheduled local pickup day. Regular weekly pickups are held at Salthaus Pilates in Tuckerton, NJ. Pickup dates, times, and ordering windows will be provided with each cookie drop.
How do I choose flavors for my cookie box?
Cookie boxes are evenly divided among the flavors you select. The number of flavors you can choose depends on your box size, and the available selections will be clearly shown when ordering through Hotplate.
Looking for specific quantities of each flavor? Individual cookies are available so you can build your own custom assortment. 🤍
Where is pickup?
Regular weekly Sweet Tides Baking Co. order pickups are held at Salthaus Pilates in Tuckerton, NJ.
The exact pickup address, date, available pickup window, and pickup instructions will be provided with your order.

Can't make our scheduled pickup window? No worries! 🤎 Please feel free to reach out before placing your order to discuss possible alternative arrangements. I'll do my best to accommodate when possible!
What if the scheduled pickup day or time doesn't work for me?
No worries at all! 🤎 If our Friday pickup window doesn't work for you, please feel free to reach out before placing your order! I'll be happy to discuss possible alternative arrangements, including another day or time, and do my best to accommodate when possible. Please note that alternative pickups are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
Do you offer shipping?
At this time, Sweet Tides Baking Co. does not offer shipping or delivery. In accordance with New Jersey Cottage Food Operator requirements, all Sweet Tides orders are available for local pickup in New Jersey only.
Pickup details will be provided with each preorder drop.
Can I place a last-minute order?
Sweet Tides operates through scheduled preorder drops, and orders must be placed before the preorder window closes or the drop sells out, whichever comes first.
At this time, we are unable to guarantee last-minute orders outside of our scheduled ordering windows.
Occasionally, a limited number of extra cookies may be available on pickup days. Any extras will be announced on our social media and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is not guaranteed, so preordering is always the best way to make sure you get your cookies!
What is your cancellation & refund policy?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your order, please contact Sweet Tides Baking Co. as soon as possible.
Cancellations made before 9:00 AM on Tuesday of your scheduled pickup week are eligible for a full refund, minus applicable fees. After 9:00 AM on Tuesday, all sales are final and cancellations are nonrefundable, as production and preparation for that week's orders may have already begun.
If there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out! We'll always do our best to make it right.
What if I can't make my scheduled pickup time?
If something comes up and you’re unable to make your scheduled pickup time or you’re running late, please contact Sweet Tides Baking Co. as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to accommodate late arrivals or work with you on an alternate pickup arrangement when possible; however, pickup outside of the designated pickup window and alternate pickup arrangements cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for arriving at the correct pickup location during the designated pickup window. Please review the pickup location, date, time, and instructions provided with your order before arriving.
Orders not picked up during the designated pickup window without prior communication are nonrefundable and may be forfeited.
What happens if there is severe weather on pickup day?
For the safety of our customers and Sweet Tides Baking Co., pickup times or dates may be adjusted or rescheduled due to snow, ice, flooding, severe weather, unsafe road conditions, or other circumstances that may make travel unsafe.
If a pickup needs to be changed, customers will be notified as soon as possible with updated pickup information.

Orders are available for local pickup during the scheduled pickup window selected at checkout. Pickup location and instructions will be provided with your order.
Can't make the scheduled pickup time? Feel free to reach out before ordering! Limited alternative pickup arrangements may be available upon request and must be confirmed in advance.
Because cookies are baked fresh to order, cancellations may be requested before the preorder window closes. Once preorders have closed and production has been planned, orders are final. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out! I’ll always do my best to make it right.
