Not just yet! Sweet Tides Baking Co. is currently preparing for official approval of our New Jersey Cottage Food License. While everything comes together behind the scenes, ordering is temporarily unavailable.

When will ordering open?
Ordering will open once our New Jersey Cottage Food License is approved. Timing can vary, but we’re working carefully and intentionally to make sure everything is done the right way.
All updates will be shared right here on our website and on social media.
Where are you located?
Sweet Tides Baking Co. is a home-based bakery located in New Jersey, serving the Long Beach Island area and surrounding communities under the New Jersey Cottage Food Program.
How will orders work once you’re open?
Once ordering opens, all orders will be placed through our website and will be pickup only, in accordance with New Jersey cottage food regulations.
Pickup days, times, and ordering windows will be shared when ordering becomes available.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Sweet Tides Baking Co. will offer local pickup only, in accordance with New Jersey cottage food laws. Delivery and shipping will not be available.
What kind of cookies do you offer?
Sweet Tides specializes in thick, bakery-style cookies made with care and quality ingredients. Our menu will include a mix of classic favorites, seasonal flavors, and occasional limited-time offerings.
Full menus will be available once ordering opens.
Do you offer custom orders?
At launch, we’ll be focusing on a curated menu to ensure consistency and quality. Custom orders may be offered in the future depending on availability.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Sweet Tides Baking Co. operates in a home kitchen that may process milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
While we label ingredients clearly, we cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free.

The best way to stay in the loop is by following us on Instagram and Facebook, and by joining our email list. That’s where we’ll share launch updates, menu announcements, and ordering details.
Do you sell at markets or events?
Sweet Tides Baking Co. is currently preparing to launch with scheduled local pickups. Future events or markets may be announced as opportunities arise.

All cookies will be baked fresh to order in a home cottage kitchen in Little Egg Harbor, NJ.
Local pickup will be available once Sweet Tides Baking Co. is officially open, during a scheduled window selected at checkout.
Because cookies will be made fresh to order, all sales will be final — but if there’s ever an issue, please reach out and I’ll always do my best to make it right.
