I’m Taylor — the heart and hands behind Sweet Tides Baking Co., and a mama living along the beautiful Jersey Shore. The calming rhythm of the ocean and the steady turning of the tides inspire both my life and my baking, reminding me to slow down, trust God’s timing, and create with intention.
Sweet Tides Baking Co. was born right here in my home kitchen — a place filled with flour-covered counters, little hands nearby, and faith-filled prayers. It began during a season when Jesus gently invited me to lean into the gifts He placed on my heart and trust Him with something new.
Baking has always been more than just a hobby to me — it’s a gift from God. What started as something I loved doing for family and friends slowly grew into a calling to serve others through thoughtful, homemade baking. Through prayer, gratitude, and faith, Sweet Tides became a way for me to honor the Lord by using the gifts He’s given me and sharing something made with care and intention.
Every cookie is baked from scratch in small batches. This allows me to focus on quality, freshness, and care in every detail. Sweet Tides isn’t about rushing or mass production — it’s about being present and working wholeheartedly. My hope is that each box feels like a cozy hug — full of warmth, encouragement, and a reminder of God’s goodness in everyday moments.
The name Sweet Tides reflects the peaceful rhythm of the ocean, God’s constant presence, and the reminder that just like the tides, His goodness is steady, faithful, and always returning. I truly believe that even the simplest things — like baking cookies in a home kitchen — can be done with purpose when offered to Him.

At Sweet Tides, we believe baking should be thoughtful, intentional, and rooted in care. Every cookie is made in small batches, using familiar flavors and simple techniques that allow quality and comfort to shine through.
Our name also reflects a deeper meaning — a reminder to be the salt in the small moments. To bring light, kindness, and intention into whatever season we’re in.

Sweet Tides Baking Co. is currently preparing for its official launch and preparing for approval of the New Jersey Cottage Food License. This season is being covered in prayer — trusting God’s timing, refining recipes, and building a strong foundation rooted in faith and intention.
